OBJECTIVE
To leverage my 20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and distribution to obtain a

ACHIEVEMENTS
1. 65 vans upgraded at Dawn Bread to ship more volume at 15% low cost.

3. Developed new vendors for the procurement of flour at 10% reduced cost.
4. Developed 3 cross docking hubs leading to saving of approx. Rs. 1.5 million per month.

with leading its phase 2 for new modules.
6. Launched Just in time (JIT) inventory model for Procter & Gamble / IBL resulting in reduced
inventory down from 78 Days to 35 & with increased availability. 61% to 90%.
7. Revamped ordering & inventory management process leading to over 90% order fulfilment
(OFR) – objective over delivered by 18%
8. Plugged in all gaps at BigBird Foods leading to savings in inventory losses, frauds, pilferage etc. –
on an average saving 1 million per month.
9. Effective storage planning at Big Bird Foods helped save 4 Million / month on 3PL cold storage.
10. Moved biggest warehouse of Abudawood in Lahore in upgraded facility at reduced cost without
compromising distribution operations.

 Responsible to implement Integrated Distributor System (IDS) in the region, which helped
reduce out of stocks throughout the distribution chain.

2009 Worked as business process owner (BPO) for MM & PP in Istanbul – Turkey (November 08-
May 09) with Elsys Technologies for the implementation of SAP in Abudawood Pakistan.
Identified CWPs and defined their work flows. Tested System to fit into business process & help
corporate procurement in setting authorization matrix.

October 2006
Worked on development of a new Distribution Center for north business along with integration
of Gillette integration into the current structure. Developing company business contingency plan
until commissioning of new facility. Had also planned the expansion of regional distribution
setups in South. With a Focus on the Logistics revamping in the country to facilitate growing
business and to ensure 100% delivery reliability.
June 2003 – Project Renaissance – Distributor Revamping and Process Re-Engineering
Worked as part of project team which brought revolution in the way IBL-P&G were operating.
December 2004
Basic business model was changed and concept of zero day inventory was implemented. New
Standard Operating processes were deployed. This helped reduce national inventory by 78
million. In terms of Inventory days it brought down national inventory from 78 days cover to 35
days cover with really positive impact on availability which soared to 93% from 72%. It also
contributed positively to overall financial liquidity of the organization hence having a positive
impact on profitability.
