Achievements :
1. Creating business processes that are effective-efficient and more profitable for company than before,
namely : Creating objective & measurable personal KPIs, Transportation Costs down 52% (Aug – Dec 2022,
costs down 54%) & 3PL Costs down 67% (Aug – Dec 2022, costs down 71%) with precise route mapping &
daily manpower output, core is mindset improvement creates best practices.
2. Lead time (minutes/DO) created continues to decrease from 184 minutes/DO, 122, 117, 105, 94, 78
(in Jul – Dec 2022). As a result, there is multi-effect with the fleet waiting time being only 180 minutes/fleet,
161, 143, 157, 148 (in Aug - Dec 2022) which was previously 284 minutes/fleet.
3. Creating productivity in realized daily output from 347 packages/MP, 385, 364, 378, 394, 392
(in Jul – Dec 2022), which output before I join which was only 114 packages/MP.
4. Creating a layered quality system with simplified work process changes so that quality errors such as miss-
route, damaged goods, re-pack, are minimized to exceed targets that have never been achieved, namely
1.87%, 1.13%, 1.38%, 0.89%, 0.64%, 0.32% (in Jul – Dec 2022) which have always been above 4%.
5. Effect of the improvement I created, Hub Costs, experiencing effectiveness and efficiency in business
process Hub, Rp/packages 3,194 ; 3,006 ; 2,213 ; 1,951 ; 2,084 ; 1,665 (in Jul – Dec 2022).
6. Effect of the improvement I created, SLA for next day packages, increasing, which has not reached the
target of 80%, especially during events/campaign period. At Jul 2022, In-SLA : Jabodetabek 70%, Java 77%,
Sumatra 83%. Realization In-SLA : Jabodetabek 90%, 92%, 95%, 97% (Sep - Dec 2022), Java 96%, 94%,
97%, 98% (Sep – Dec 2022), Sumatra 98%, 99%, 99%, 100% (Sep – Dec 2022). Before I join, Jan – Jul 2022,
total delivered 870,101 packages with average per month 124,300 packages. After I join, Aug – Nov 2022,
total delivered 1,566,850 packages with average per month 313,370 packages.

1. I created and build up 5 Distribution Center to cover national scale product s, especially movement,
availability, certainty, value added processes.
2. Product expansion by opening new outlet in Kazakhstan and America in addition outlets in Malaysia.
3. I created the farmer’s exchange rate up and summarized the relationship between farmers and customers
with village digitization, namely Warkop Digital.
4. I created a pattern of buying farmers crops to be absorbed 100% and purchases according to quality level.
5. I created and set up manufacturing process added SOP fully processes product.
6. I created 7 added value products from 1 main product so that zero waste from total material in 1 cycle time,
100% material = 0% waste.

Control and monitor product improvement must be followed by an increase in activity, increase in materials,
increase in production by minimizing the difference in the realization margin from the planned.
Carry out strategic development of farmers’ profits both from harvest quality and from other activities that
have a selling value without being a substitute for the main activity as coconut farmers producing organic
coconut sugar.
Ensure the synergy of all departments to fulfill customer satisfaction, especially lead time and throughput.
Ensure inventory levels both material and finish good in a condition ready for the next process and improved
to increase company growth.

1. Implementation Kaizen and Kanban as a improvement method to flow process product and activities.

EU Organic, NON GMO, Halal, Kosher, and Vegan as compliance for the organic food industry.
3. Increased the number of farmers as IMC partners as well as suppliers of product material from 466 farmers
(jul 2018) to 1,776 farmers (jun 2019) with consistency of material arrival time at plant 2 weeks after
harvest/cycle time at lead time product.
4. I created productivity, output +288%, labor -47%, production +271%, sales +225%, reduced costs from
Rp 56.946/kg to Rp 24.202/kg. Total cost savings realized average 3 billion/month.
