We accept the 2 Ecco’s bearing Registration No KA41D0898 and KA41D0901 with RC Copy and the
relevant 1 set of Keys the total cost to be adjusted in our books is Rs. 4, 50.00.00 (Rupees Four Lakhs
Fifty Thousand only) being the cost of both the vehicles, against your outstanding of Rs.9, 43,310.00
(Rupees Nine Lakhs Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Ten only)

The same will be adjusted post the transfer of ownership of the above mentioned vehicles to KRSV
Innovative Auto Solutions Pvt. Ltd and you handing over the balance set of keys.

We request you to provide the NOC for the change in ownership to us. Kindly do the same as soon as
possible. We also request you to share with us the Insurance copy through email.
