AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered in to on this day i.e., 01st March 2023.

BETWEEN
The Government of TELANGANA represented by the Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories,
Katimnagar, Karimnagar District (Herein after called the ‘Office’ which expression shall
Mean and include its successors and administrators) on one part.
AND
Mrs, TALARI CHANDRAKALA, W/o Sri T.BALAIAH, resident of H.No:5-98,MG ROAD,J P
COLONY,NEAR HIG BHEL,R.C.PURAM, PATANCHERU, SANGAREDDY District, Telangana
(Hereinafter called the ‘Contractor’ which expression unless repugnant to the context shall
mean and include his successors, executors, assignees and administrators) on the other
part.
WHEREAS the Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District
hasdesired of entrusting the responsiblity of supply of MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE TOUR Diesel
BSIV Vehicle to this office.
AND
WHEREAS Mrs, TALARI CHANDRAKALA, W/o Sri T.BALAIAH, resident of H.No:5-98,MG
ROAD,JP COLONY,NEAR HIG BHEL,R.C.PURAM, PATANCHERU, SANGAREDDY District,
Telangana offered to supply the MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE TOUR Diesel BSIV Vehicle No.TS
15 UA 5665 at the rates agreed and decided.
It is hereby agreed between the two parties is as follows:
The period of this contract shall be for a period of 12 months from 01.03.2023 on monthly
hire basis for supply and use of diesel MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE TOUR Diesel BSIV vehicle No,
No.TS 15 UA 5665subject to the following conditions:
1. Monthly rate for 2500 KMs per month and 12 hours per day’: Rs.33,000/-
2.The above rates are inclusive of all such as fuel charges, driver salary and maintenance of
vehicle etc.,
3.No upward revision of rates shall be entertained in case of any future hike in prices of
diesel, whatsoever during the agreement period.
WHEREAS the contractor agrees that he will supply the vehicle to the office even for part of
the month subject to the availability of budget and keeping in view of the requirement of
the office at the pro rata charges without insisting to pay monthly hire charges.
WHEREAS the contractor agrees that the vehicle shall be maintained in good condition and
in case of any break down at any time, a substitute vehicle in good condition shall be
supplied within one hour from time of intimation failing which an amount of Rs.600/-
perday will be recovered.
WHEREAS the contractor agrees to supply vehicle for a minimum period of 12 hours in a
day.
The office agrees that two days are given in a month for general checkup and maintenance
purpose on any holidays or Sunday.
WHEREAS the contractor agrees that the vehicle shall be fully insured at his cost only.
Xerox copies of the insurance certificate, R.C. Book, Driving licenge ‘and Pollution under
control certificate will be furnished to the office at the time of agreement.
WHEREAS the contractor agrees in case the office has not utilized the car for a minimum
2500 KM in a particular month, the balance un-utilized K.M.s will carry forward to thenext
2 (two) consecutive months and will thereafter lapse automatically.
The office will not pay any penal charges such as interest for late payment of bills etc., office
will take necessary action for payment at the earliest.
The contractor shall submit the bill towards hire charges.
If the contractor fails to supply the hire vehicle for a continuous period of 7 Days (one
week) without notice to the office, it shall be deemed that this contract comes to an end and
the office is at liberty to engage another contractor at its will.
In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation of this agreement or with regarding to
the payment of the amounts due to the contractor the decision of the Director of Factories
is final.
This agreement can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice during the
tenure of this agreement period.
In witness where of the above named parties have signed their names, in the presence of
the following witnesses on the date mentioned above.
