It is an incident which can be described as any
Diff. Btw unplanned event that results in: injury; or ill-
Dangerous health or person’s life.

,plant or machinery.There is no loss of
person or their health .
 ▪ If there is any loss of person’ s life
in any accident ,called as Fatal

 Any physical injury in which :-
●Permanent loss of any body part.

Serious Body ●vision loss or loss of hearing.

Injury ●permanent incapacity of any part.

 ▪ Injury other than grievous and
Reportable serious injury, in which the
Injury injured person has been or is
likely to be absent from work for
72 hours or more, is called
reportable injury.
 ▪Simple injury is an injury which
Minor Injury compels the injured person to
remain absent for more than 24
hours and less than 72 hours, but it
is not a fatal or serious injury.

Ans:-4A (within 24 Hrs).-DM ,CI,RI & Compensation Authority.
Q.Detail of injured person ?
And:-4B(within 7 days)(CI&RI)
Q.Notice of details of a injured person re-join duty ?
Ans:-4C (within 15 days).(CI&RI).
