• Clearing 3 plates using 2-plate
technique and practising stacking the
3rd plate over the 2nd plate and
securing fork and knife under the
arch of the 1st dinner fork (reminder:
the same set of 2 plates from the
above activity could be reused, & the
3rd plate is added once this activity
about to start.
• Service of coffee (repositioning of
teaspoon & coffee cup).
