Importance of leadership Skill:
 Setting goals to persuade a goal
 To create and shape the organization
 To be initiative in all matters of interest
 To provide direction and motivation to employees
 To create a link between management and workers
 To build confidence in employees

Implementation:
The organization that I will be choosing is Pearl Continental Hotel, Rawalpindi. Being an HRD
manager of a hospitality business, it is my core duty to make sure to create productive teams and
have a positive result. To have an affective workplace it is necessary to have a diverse workforce
across all levels I will pull a diverse team that will work together with shared goals. Firstly, I will
be setting a vision to set and communicate goals and plans of the organization for this I will be
giving them tools to execute the plan to achieve the target. Secondly, I will give my staff the
opportunity to take initiative to continuously learn to improve their skills and to value quality
over quantity for this I will be coordinating different activities within the organization to
maximize the efficiency. I will create a balance between employees and will empower them to
share their ideas and suggest improvements that should be made. It is important to value the
time of my employees for making a work-life balance I will be giving them trainings about how
they can manage work and their personal life together. I will also be focusing on building on and
nurturing the strengths within the team to really use them to their fullest potential. To have a
check on the matters of my hotel I will checking the regular feedbacks and updates from staff
and guests. Getting updates from the staff and guests will make the employees understand the
motivation of certain task or what improvement should be made for a certain task. To keep my
hotel on par with competition I will make sure that we avail the opportunities and to keep
promoting creativity and innovation.
