Tell me about yourself ?

Hello my name is Gabriel and I would like to share with you a Little bit about myself

I’m 23 years old I graduated from high school in 2015, then i studied technical accounting

When it comes to my work experience I’ve been working in call center industry for the past three
years I worked as an interpreter where i gained a lot of experience because I was working with
Banks ,hospital, public schools ,issurance company and so on and so for, then I decided to work in
a customer service campaing for a financial institution ,I started working taking care of transaction
then I got promoted to a deparment that was in charged of money order similar like a check I do
have also experience setting appointment i got the opportuny to work with hospital ,issurance

Where do I see myself in five years?

I’m someone who loves learning about new things and I love challenge so in
the next five years, I see myself as having established strong knowledge in
this role and it´s the opportunity arise I would like to apply for a possition
Iwhere I’ll have opportunities to develop my skills gain experience and work
with people I can really learn from

Can you tell us about a Good experience you had in call center enviroment?

I had the chance to work as a mentor I was in charge of aa group of people

supervising that every thing went acording to the plan that such experience
gave me the ability to work with diferente types of personalties , learn how to
provide feedback , how to set goal and how to reach them , as well I develop
my people skill,
