Offer Letter: Manuel Morales

Dear Manuel Morales,

I am delighted to confirm the verbal offer of employment extended to you this week for the position of
IT coordinator starting on Monday, November 29th. You will report to hiring manager/logistics and the
contract operator.

On a salary basis, you will receive compensation in the amount of $4.4/hr. paid on the 15th and 30th day
of every month (31st when applicable), in the spam of 90 days. Subsequently the rate will go up to $5/hr.
You will also receive a monthly internet stipend of $15. As a regular, full-time employee of Right at
Home of Northeast Texas, you will be expected to attend work during full-time hours from 8 a.m. to 5
p.m. (Texas time), M-F, as well as your duties & responsibilities beyond those hours. As a full-time
employee, you are eligible for the following benefits:

Paid time off on the following U.S holidays:

- Good Friday
- Christmas day & Christmas eve
- New Year’s Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- 2 other holidays of your choosing

Summary of paid time off:

- Vacation: One week of paid vacation for years one and two, two weeks of paid vacation for
years three through six, and three weeks of paid vacation after seven years of service.

Other US holidays may be applicable.

Right at Home of Northeast Texas is an at-will employer. This means that both you and Right at Home of
Northeast Texas reserve the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason.
This letter serves only to confirm our verbal discussion of your employment.
