For reservation, we only require either the first month's rent or three months rent
and a refundable security deposit of $1300 only. The security deposit will be
refunded back to you at the end of the lease contract. These are the discounted
rates below:

Month to month- $2700

3 months- $7650

Prices quoted are applicable only if billed upfront for the entire duration of the
contract.

This information will be forwarded over to the landlord in order for a background
check to be conducted discretely and also to prepare a duly signed lease contract
agreement. The contract will be forwarded to you for review and signing alongside
the Landlord's account information for payment.

As soon as your payment is confirmed by the Landlord, your rent receipt will be
forwarded over to you and the keys to the unit given to you upon your arrival.

NOTE: We are restricting viewings at the moment for the safety of our guests and
team members.
