1. Lease Agreement: Please find attached a copy of the lease agreement for your review. Take the time to

2. Security Deposit and First Month's Rent: The security deposit and the first month's rent are due
on or before May 1 2024. In order to secure this house you will have to pay the security deposit. You can make
the payment through cashapp or zelle. Upon receipt of the payment of the full payment, we will provide you with
the keys and access to the property on the agreed upon move-in date.

3. Move-in Inspection: We will schedule a move-in inspection to document the

condition of the property before your occupancy. This is an important step to ensure that both parties
are aware of the property's condition at the beginning of the lease term. Your presence during the inspection is
highly encouraged.

4. Utilities: It is your responsibility to set up utilities such as electricity, gas and internet/cable bills . Please
contact the respective utility providers to arrange for service activation in your name.
