4. Use of Property: The Property shall be used strictly for residential purposes. The Lessee agrees not to
engage in any illegal activities, disturb the peace, or cause any damage to the Property or its
surroundings.
5. Maintenance and Repairs: The Lessee shall be responsible for maintaining the Property in good
condition during the lease term. The Lessee shall promptly inform the Lessor of any necessary repairs or
maintenance required. Any damage caused by the Lessee or their guests shall be repaired at the Lessee's
expense.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the other party at
least fifteen (15) days prior to the desired termination date. Upon termination, the Lessee shall vacate
the Property and return the keys to the Lessor.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and
supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
