Faculty of Management Studies, and The Open University of Sri Lanka held on 21st

10.1. Preliminaries
The programme coordinator welcomed all the students of the MBA in HRM programme
to the meeting.

10.2. Update of the discussion of the meeting

Ms. Manoshika explained about the nature of the dissertation and what the students’
responsibility as a student who is reading for the MBA in doing the thesis.

10.3. Matters Arising.

 Ms. Udeshika (8th Batch- Student) request to share a thesis which was done by previous
student so that they can get an idea about a thesis report.
 Further above student requested a workshop on SPSS data analysis.
 Students asked about the expectation from them in the second progress review.
 Sr. Shermila (8th Batch- Student) asked about a payment issue she had and Ms. Manoshi
asked to send their inquiry to MBA in HRM e-mail.
 Mr. Surantha Jayathilake (8th Batch- Student) asked the date in which the examination
results will released.
 Mr. Ashok (8th Batch- Student) and few students raised their issue they faced in
participating the proposal presentation (They have not get offered the course of
Dissertation in the year 2020).
