    MBA in HRM

    Ms. S. Manoshika reported the current progress of the programme as follows


    8th Intake
     A workshop on SPSS will be held on 4th & 5th September 2021.

    9th Intake
     Online Day schools for the First year Second semester are finished.
     Assignments for the courses of Human Resource Information Systems, Operations
    Management, and Performance Management, Strategic Management, Managing Change in
    Organizations have been collected and distributed for evaluation.
     Need to finalize the eligibility too sit the final examination.
     Need to finalize the final examination mode.

    10th Intake

     Selection interview in second phase for the 10th Intake were successfully held on 28th & 30th
    July 2021.
     Altogether 40 applicants were selected from both the first phase and second phase to follow
    the MBA in HRM programme.

     Ms. S Manoshika explained about the existing scenario of the new intake.
     Prof. V Sivalogathsan informed that the final examination of the MBA in HRM 9th intake
    should be conducted in online mode.
     Mr. Nishantha advised to prepare final exam memo to the Faculty Board Meeting and to
    inform the setters.
