About the EPHRA Programme

a fellow in management in organizational behaviour and human resource management
from Indian Institute of Management Indore. He is author of the acclaimed book
‘Duryodhanization’ published by Penguin Random House India . His other publications
include HR Analytics (Pearson Education India), Leadership in organizations, Edition VIII
(Pearson Education India) & Understanding the Theory and Design of Organizations,
Edition XI (Cengage India).

He brings in an industry experience of over 10 years. His areas of consultancy include

Organizational Change Management, Diversity Management, Training and Development

Prof Pavni Kaushiva

B.Tech, Ph.D. (IIM Calcutta)
Faculty in Human Resource Management Area,

Dr. Pavni Kaushiva (B.Tech, Ph.D.) completed her FPM in Organizational Behavior from
IIM Calcutta. She is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at IIM
Lucknow. Her current work examines women’s experiences of re-entering private sector
organizations in India after a career break. Her primary research interests are gender and
diversity in organizations. Her research has been presented at various international
conferences and published in international blind peer-reviewed journal of repute.

an experience profile of 2 Year or more,
who are at least graduates (10+2+3) in
any discipline may apply. Applicants
would be shortlisted on the basis of
assessment of background and
motivation based on application posted
and SOP.
Delivery Mode
Live and interactive classroom sessions will
be delivered through Direct to Device (D2D)
Mode. Participants are expected to login
from their home or office using reliable
internet connectivity. Regular sessions will
be conducted every Sunday (10:00 a.m. to
1:00 p.m.).

Campus Module
A 2 day campus visit will be organized during the end of the programme wherein
participants will get an opportunity to interact with the faculty and enable bonding and
networking with other batch mates who come from diverse professional backgrounds.
The campus visit will be decided by the Institute based on prevailing conditions around
the Corona Virus Pandemic.
