INTRODUCTION
Corporate communication is the way by which a company, whether it is a self-sufficient
multinational or a one-man-a-word processor new business, continues to trade and make
profits. It is the way in which a company makes and keeps contact with all its stakeholders, who
affect its life and growth, salesmen and supervisors, dealers and analysts, bankers and
customers, visitors and politics. Included in this field are area such as corporate reputation,
corporate advertising and advocacy, employee communications, investor relations, government
relations, media management, and crisis communications. Much is said today about ‘company
image’ and ‘company culture.’ These are simply the outward face and the inward spirit of any
group of people working together, and both image and culture are enhanced by effective
Corporate Communication and Image Building initiatives.

OBJECTIVES
The programme will focus on the way CCIB initiatives are built, maintained and enhanced in an
