Dr V S Prakash Attili has 20 years of extensive experience in IT Service Delivery,


Corporate Training and Academia. This includes 6 years of client-facing roles in USA, A
decade of management experience in driving global, large-scale IT projects. He is also
an Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master and has acted as Strategic Advisory for
multiple teams. He has been part of leadership teams in his earlier organization and has
won the prestigious Award of Excellence as Most Valuable Contributor in 2016 and
2018. He has published in various refereed journals and conferences including,
Communications of the Association for Information Systems (CAIS), Information
Systems Frontiers (ISF), Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS).

Dr Rakesh V.

Assistant Professor,
Operations Management,

Dr Rakesh V's research mostly involves mathematical modelling of problems in Supply


Chain Management. His interests are in topics like retail and e-commerce operations,
warehousing and fulfilment centre operations, supply chain network design etc. His
work has been published in highly rated peer-reviewed international journals. He holds
a Bachelors in Engineering from the University of Kerala, a Masters and PhD from IIT
Bombay. His PhD dissertation received awards from organisations including INFORMS
Transportation and Logistics Society. Prior to his PhD, he worked in companies like
Amazon and Toshiba.

Professor, Economics in Business

Prof. D Tripati Rao teaches Economics in Business Environment Area and has been
teaching Macroeconomic Environment, Managerial Economics and International
Economics for Business at IIM Lucknow. He has obtained his PhD from the Department
of Economics, University of Mumbai under the auspices of RBI Monetary Economics
Endowment Research Fellowship and M.Phil degree in Applied Economics from CDS,
Trivandrum, JNU. Besides teaching, he conducts research and executive training. He
regularly writes columns on Indian Macroeconomy and Policy issues.

Prof. Vikas Srivastava

Prof. Vikas Srivastava is an MBA, PhD and a visiting Doctoral Fellow at the Helsinki
School of Economics under a scholarship by the European Union. His primary research
areas are Project Finance, Corporate Banking and Credit Risk Management. He has
managed consulting assignments for IFC Washington and ADB Manila on sustainable
lending and provided consulting and over 120 specialised training programs to RBI,
large public sector banks, Centre for Banking Studies, Central Bank of Srilanka and
Bangladesh Bank. He has co-authored a textbook on Project Finance published by
Oxford University Press, besides having publications in several international journals
and articles in financial dailies.

CAMPUS IMMERSION

The programme includes an immersive on-campus experience at IIM Lucknow campus. The modules covered
during this period are at discretion of the faculty.

CAPSTONE PROJECT

The capstone project provides participants with an opportunity to apply project management techniques to
industry-specific challenges. It is a comprehensive project that participants will work in groups from conception
to completion. At the end of the project, the participants will turn in their work for consultation with faculty
members.

In May 2019, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) had paused
rapid expansion of its massive agile organisational transformation, trying to
make the existing program work better. ANZ announced the decision to

Upon successful completion of the programme, with a minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory academic
performance, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to receive IIM
Lucknow’s Executive Alumni Status (optional). Participants are expected to have 75% & above attendance. The
cumulative overall percentage of marks should be 50% and above. Those participants who do not meet these
criteria will receive a certificate of participation from IIM Lucknow. No certificate shall be awarded if the
attendance is less than 40%.

Any graduate / diploma holder (10+2+3)/ postgraduate with minimum 3 to 25 years of work experience as on

Examination / Evaluation shall be conducted by the Institute Examination will be held for every course
