About Yami​
Yami APP provides a platform for users from different continents and different countries, where
users can make friends and communicate with the world effectively. Every single person can
share his/her own life in Yami. It makes the world blossom in front of you.​

Policy & Rules​

Part I: for host （girls only)​
1. Before registration: You have to send their 2 photos to the admin, when you pass the review,
you can register an account and start to work. If not, you can't get a salary, even if you begin
to work. One girl, one account.​

2. After registration: Complete your profile page - properly upload 5 photos into the album
and 1 video into the Small Video. It will help you attract more users to contact you. ​
🔔Pay attention: All porn photos and videos are forbidden. All pictures and videos you use
must be your own. Please use your photo with a filter and in high definition​

3. During working:​
Here are 3 ways to earn points: Video Call, Message and Gift.​
📽️Video Call: 1 min = 1000 points = $0.2​
Video bonus event​

🔔For the new hosts (register within 2 calendar weeks), we would like to give them a higher
bonus to encourage them to work harder​

✉️Message: 1 Message = 20 points​

🔔Notice: When the user sends you 1 message and you answer it, then you can get 20 points.​
Message Bonus Event​
 💡 If you want to get the message bonus, you must meet 2 requirements at the same time:​
• Your online time should reach 300 min per day, 2100 min per week​
• Daily message points should reach 2,000 points, 14,000 points per week​
🎁Gift: the gift point ranges from 400 - 200,000​
Gift Bonus Event​

💥Attention:​
1. All Bonus Events (Video, Message and Gift) are limited slots. These 3 events are effective
from Nov 28, 2022 - Dec 31, 2022​
2. You can get all these 3 bonuses, if you meet the corresponding requirement. Your salary will
be calculated below:​

❌Don'ts：​
• Black screen​
• The camera focuses only on the mouth ​
• The camera focuses only on clothes ​
• The camera focuses on other subjects rather than yourself​
• Hang up the user's call first and quickly​
• No interaction with users and ignoring users​
• Using fake photos​

✏️ 💥Punishment:​
1st-time violation: $5 deduction​
2nd-time violation: account blocked for 24 hrs​
3nd-time violation: account blocked for 48 hrs​

✅Dos：​
• Introduce yourself first when you have a video call with users​
• Wear make-up and dress up sexy but decently​
• Work in a tidy and bright environment​
• Smile all the time​
• Put your phone on the table or in a fixed place. No shaking phone, it makes users feel better​

Part II: for agency​

1. Hire high-quality girls: pretty, smart and hard-working​
2. Pre-review: you need to send your girls' photos to the admin first. If they pass the review,
then they can start to work.​
3. Cooperate with the admin to manage your girls and give girls training properly. ​
4. Collect your girl's feedback and report it to the APP admin ​
5. Your commission​

🔔Total salary and valid girls have to be met at the same time, you can get the corresponding
commission rate.​

Example 1:​
If you have 12 girls, they get over $5 each, and then 12 girls will be regarded as valid girls. At the
same time, if the total salary is $600, you can get $ 600 * 10% = $ 60​
Example 2:​
If you have 15 girls, they get over $5 each and the total salary is $1200. Your salary is calculated
as $ 1200 * 10% =$120. The rate is 10% rather than 15%. You have to meet the 2 requirements
(total weekly salary and valid girls at the same time), and then your commission rate is 15%.​

🔅Policy for the new agency（join Yami within 4 calendar weeks)​

If you meet the requirement "5 valid girls", you can get 10% commission, even if the total salary
is under $100.​

Example 1:​
If you have 6 valid girls but the total salary is $80, you can get $ 80 * 10% =$ 8​

Example 2:​
If you have 6 valid girls and the total salary is $ 200, according to the normal policy, you can get $
200 * 5% =$10. According to the policy for the new agency, you can get $200 * 10% =$20. So you
can get the higher one ($20).​

Example 3:​
If you have 20 valid girls and the total salary is $1200, according to normal policy, you can get $
1200 * 15% = $180. But according to policy for the new agency, you can get $1200 * 10% =$120.
You can also get the higher one ($180)​

Salary & Commission​

1. Cut off: Monday 00:00:00 - Sunday 23:59:59 (Beijing Time, UTC +8)​
2. Payment Date: Every Wednesday (it may be delayed due to holiday or other irresistible
factors)​
3. Payment Methods: Gcash, Dana, Bank transfer​
