3. Audition - Live stream for 30 minutes

a) Do not delete video after live stream so our staff can checkit.
b) Audition can start right away at ANY TIME. We only need to check their
REPLAYS.
c) Host’s Verification will be approved AFTER host’s audition and promo shots
approval.

4. Cover photo and profile avatar – must show face, must be yourself, must be
high resolution, appropriate clothing, nudity is not allowed.

· Please use Square photo as cover photo, it will look good in our application, or it will be
distorted and look bad. NOTE: Better quality photo will get more users to come to your show.
Please use your best SQUARE PHOTO!!!

5. Hosts must complete all targets including hours, days and diamonds in the
salary table every month. If not, there will be NO payment to host. If you
want to get paid based on the table below, the hours, days and diamonds
cannot beaccumulated.

(1) The host needs to get 1st month's salary after completing the task for
the first time, and then get 2nd month's salary when completing the
taskagain.

(2) Broadcaster can exchange his/her left over diamonds above the last
tier for income by using the following formula: 1 Diamond = 0.0004
USD

(3) ******If a broadcaster doesn’t meet any one of the targets mentioned
above (hours/ days / diamonds), broadcasters diamonds balance value will
be calculated using the following formula:

1 Diamond = 0.0004 USD. This also applies to the diamonds balance

broadcaster has before become a contracted Broadcaster.

Broadcaster will NOT get paid until she/he completes all the minimum
targets in the table above the following month. Broadcaster will only get
paid of any left-over diamonds when he/she completes all targets. All
contracted Broadcaster’s diamonds will be cleared to 0 at the end of each
calendar month. The Cash Out function will not be available to contracted

Confiscation of Virtual Items Due to Termination or Fraud

IMPORTANT: We take fraud extremely seriously. In addition to taking any

applicable and necessary legal action, we have the right to permanently confiscate
 any diamonds and/or Gold Bars (“Virtual Items”) from any User Account that we
determine were purchased or acquired using fraudulent means; this includes
confiscation of any Virtual Gifts received by you from another User in which
such Virtual Gifts were purchased fraudulently. In the event we determine that
any Virtual Items in your possession were fraudulently purchased, we will notify
you prior to confiscation and allow you an opportunity to make an appeal via the
app.

If we terminate your account for fraud, any outstanding Virtual Items remaining
in your account at the time of termination may be irrevocably confiscated,
accordance with our Account Termination Policy.

6. Streaming Time Requirement

Valid Hour: live streaming for a full hour will be counted as a valid hour which is
30 continuous minutes. Private live streams will NOT be counted as Valid Hour.
Paid live stream will be counted as Valid Hour. Here is a link to explain what is

Valid Day: live streaming more than 1 Valid Hours will be counted

as a valid day A broadcaster is eligible for 3 Valid Hours in a day

(span of 24 hours)

7. •We only count diamonds income which livestream session is longer than 30
minutes； Any fraudulent behavior occurred will not be paid. : i.e. start paid
room to trick users to paid room in pay per session but only streaming for
less than 30 minutes; or start paid room with black screen, empty room or
any content that is a violation of rules.Payment Time and Payment method

Payment will be made between 15th – 20th of the following month. Minimum
threshold for payment must be met. The payment will be paid via direct bank
transfer or other method agreed by both parties. Broadcaster is responsible for
any transfer fees occurs during the transaction.
 8. 1st month target adjustments （Hosts who joined GOGO LIVE first month）

If there is more than 20 days left in the 1st month, broadcaster needs to
complete full monthly target.

If there is less than 20 days left but more than 10 days left in the 1st month,
broadcaster needs to complete 50% of the monthly target

If there is less than 10 days left in the 1st month, broadcaster needs to complete
full monthly target by the end of the following month and get paid in the 3rd month.
Example, starting on 5/25, broadcaster will get paid between 15th -20th of July.

9. Please fill out the Bank Account Info Sheet.

Rules and Requirements:

Any Broadcaster violating rules will not be paid for the current
period. For serious violation, we have the right to delete Broadcaster’s
account without any payment.

- Functional internet is required, broadcasting with makeup and

background music is strongly recommended

- Pornographic or sexual behavior including but not limited to

nudity videos or photos

- Not broadcast by himself/herself

- Use fake cover/Image/low quality content or no content to trick user into paying.

- Inappropriate clothing (bikini in appropriate environment like beach or pool party is

ok)

- Lying in bed but not interacting with audience

- Sleeping during live streaming

- Eating a meal and not interacting with audience (snacks and drinks
occasionally are ok, professional food blogger is ok)

- Not looking at the camera or being away from broadcast screen for more than 5
minutes.

- Watching TV or playing other mobile phones or other devices

 unless it is forthe broadcast.

- Blocking the camera with fingers or something else

- she/he doesn’t show her/his face or face is not being able to see clearly,
or the screen is black (such as the screenshot below)

- Do not be rude to users or other broadcasters. Do not give your personal

contact information to user including but not limited to WhatsApp
number, mobile phone number and etc. If we find you promote your
personal contact information, you will not be paid.

- Do not make derogatory remarks to users about other broadcasters.

- Do not do anything which is illegal in your area

- Do not give out your personal contact or payment information tousers.

- Other issues that are not mentioned above but may have a negative
impact onthe quality of the live broadcast

- If we found the Broadcaster working on similar platform, there will

be no payment to the broadcaster.

- Allow GOGO LIVE permission to use content to promote your profile in

GOGO LIVE or its social media accounts. GOGO LIVE can reuse/modify
your pictures/videos/stories or other material from your social media
account in any format to do the promotion for you.

- Broadcasting time will be recorded ONLY based on UTC.

- Apply for Verification with real ID and ID pictures in GOGO LIVE

App.

- Candidate must pass a “Broadcaster Quality Test” in the first five

days to become “OFFICIAL BROADCASTER”.

- Functional internet is required, broadcasting with makeup and

background music is strongly recommended.
