Sand stabilization around the structure

Shifting sand/sand dunes within the radius of 50 meters from the edge of structure
pad and the access road shall be removed and graded. Area not less than 20 m
radial from the edge of the access road/structure shall be sprayed with oil or
emulsified asphalt in accordance with the requirement of TES-P-122.11 and TCS-P-
122.05.
All access road and structure pad shall be elevated 750mm from the existing
ground levels in desert area affected by sand shifting and sand dunes in
accordance with TES-P-122.11.
6.04 GROUNDING OF REBAR
Concrete foundation reinforcement shall be bonded to stub angle/anchor bolts as
recommended in TCS-P-122.21. The connection shall be coated with two (2) coats
of coal tar epoxy and mastic taped.
Grounding conductor shall be galvanized steel wire. Size of conductor shall be per
TES-P-122.10.
6.05 CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE REQUIREMENTS
The requirements of cast-in-place concrete such as concrete placement, concrete
curing, forms, rebar steel cage etc. shall be per the requirements of COMPANY
standard TCS-Q-113.03 and TCS-P-122.05.
