OUR SERVICE CHARGES FOR TEMP STAFFING

1. Recruitment fee: If candidate is sourced by RHS, sourcing fee @ of 8.33%

of the gross Annual CTC + GST (at the applicable rate) + Cess will be paid by
Client to RHS.

2. Payroll Service Charge: The service charges applicable would be @ 10% of

CTC per Staffer which would include the handling entire HR Process.

3. Replacement Clause – In case a candidate sourced by RHS leaves the

organization within 15 days, RHS will provide a one time free replacement.
