Job Responsibilities:
Major Deliverables:
To support in conceptualization and administration of C&B interventions like Performance
management, Annual Pay review, market Benchmarking, Annual Bonus Playout, Salary Correction,
Salary Refitment, Retention Bonus Schemes, etc.
To monitor salary based compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements like Minimum
Wage adherence, Statutory Bonus, Statutory Playouts like PF/ESIC, etc. in order to ensure minimum
compliance gaps.
Manage internal and external audits and ensure adherence to the compensation policies and
norms laid down by the Company.
Monitor and provide compensation related analytics feeds to various stakeholders to help them
take informed manpower and cost decisions. Eg. Manpower cost movements, incentive efficiency,
etc.
Liase with Finance and Payroll teams for salary administration, benefit provisioning, and other
similar activities.
Partner with various other HR stakeholders like BHR, HRSS, HR Ops, HRIT for day to day policies

and Compensation related activities.
Time to time review of HR policies and revision, benchmarking thereof.
Support in NRC/Board related presentations and matters.
