1. Level of Thoughts:
Level of thoughts are describe the personality of a person. Person with optimistic approach has
always hope and cheerful ideas while person with pessimistic thinking has always tend to see the
worst side of picture. Sometimes it circumstances which are responsible for one’s thinking may
be a dark event can allow a person to think negative and vice versa. We have some level of
thoughts which are define below.
 Negative thoughts
 Wasteful thoughts
 Necessary thoughts
 Positive thoughts
Negative Thoughts:
Negative thinking is very obvious when someone faces difficulty and find hard to escape from it.
Usually people alter their mind or thinking when a bad event happened to them. Negative
thoughts are come from insecure environment when a person has concerned with his own wealth,
security, life, relationship and etc. it’s all about game of believe. If someone feed one’s mind
with negativity, it will bed of throne for him.
Negative thinking has effect on human health. A person having negative thoughts can feel down,
frustrated and even more irritated. He will feel unpleasant. Negative thinking has some physical
effects. It can lower the working of brain and weaken the immune system.
Experience: Negative thinking can lead to anger.
Wasteful Thoughts:
Wasteful thinking is not related to real world and its facts. It does not give a direction towards a
purpose. It is time of waste. Usually idle people have wasteful thoughts. It leads to withdrawal
from reality and urge social isolation. Wasteful thinking is something which someone can’t
experience. There is nothing wrong to think wasteful but it is absorb. Lack of motivation can be
a product of wasteful thinking. People suffer from time to time and it can triggered a great
problem in daily life.
Experience: Day dreaming about new I phone worth up to 150k is just a waste of time.
Necessary Thoughts:
Necessary thinking is goal targeted and lead towards purpose. Necessary thinking is purposeful
and organized way to think about real world. Necessary thinking has two aspects; one is purpose
and second is problem solving. With help of necessary thoughts one can find its path and can
solve its problem due to positive approach. Necessary thinking is effective and can help to
analyze the irrational things. People with necessary thinking have a reasonable decision making
power about what to believe.
Experience: Think about a degree and get a plum job.

Positive thoughts:
Positive thinking is helpful to cope up the daily life routine. It brings optimism in your life.
Someone with positive thinking can avoid dread and negativity.
Experience: To reduce anger I prefer to help poor and baggers.

2. Anger due to Workload:
Most people become angry and loss their temper at workplace when they are disagree with
coworkers and managers. It is more helpful to channel you energy into constructive activities.
Anger at workplace is due to following reasons.
 Uneven distribution of work
 Not properly organized
 Cannot handle pressure
The anger is more obvious when a person gets uneven distribution of work. In a meanwhile
when a person burst out and blow the whistle against manager, it may give negative effect on
workplace.
In a workplace when a worker is not able to distribute his work properly, he may a victim of
anger. So a schedule of daily routine is important to chase the goal. If a worker is not doing work
on daily basis, a bundle of work is creating pressure for doer which may lead to anger. The
most important point is to cope with the anger is key to success on workplace.
Experience: when a student is not complete his work on daily basis, a mass of workload is
waiting for him.
3. Anger due to Unpleasant Assignments:
Working at a unpleasant assignments can lead to a anger.
Task do not meet qualification:
Sometimes people are force to do that work which can meet their capacity but not their
qualification. For example, in call center sometimes customers are angry but employees have to
work with patience.
Unexpected timings:
People are often have to work at unexpected timings like their time to start work is fixed but time
to go back to home is not fixed. For example, University timings are not fixed. Teachers who
are taking online classes, leave the class at their own choice.
So much to do in little available time:
People usually have to do a bundle of work in a small amount of time which lead towards anger.
For example, in a semester system, students have short period of time but they have to do a lots
of assignments, projects, quizzes and viva.

4. Anger due to our Associates or Seniors:
Attitude problem:
Employ with attitude problem in a workplace are always ready to make sarcastic comments.
They are disrespectful for company due to short temper. An employee may have bad health or
other mental issues so they have attitude problem. For example: attitude problem in work place
may cut your salary or even firing.
Careless:
Careless behavior can affect the work of whole team. It can also damage the reputation of
organization. It is easier to cope with careless problems by approaching people directly. For
example: with careless attitude one can defame the reputation of firm.
Difference of levels:
Difference of level is due to jealousy. Employee should keep calm because everyone has position
according to its qualifications. For example, a peon has a job to serve tea. He can’t attend
meetings and visit the sites as his qualification does not allow him to do this.
5. Angry because of non-availability of resources:
Do not have proper manuals:
Manuals are required to understand the history of company as well as functionality of the system.
If proper manuals are missing, it lead to an anger. For example, in Wapda, if there is no manual
then how can an employee operate turbine? Obviously he will be lose his temper.
Tools are always short:
An employee will not work according to the requirement if he found no tool to work with. It lead
to short temper. For example, in a bank if an employee does not find operating system, he will be
angry at firm.
Training is required:
Training develops the skills of workers. It will enhance the current and future performance of the
employee. But if someone finds no training environment, he will angry and cannot give his best.
For example, in a bank one cannot work without assistance or training.
6. Anger due to lack of motivation:
Target is not properly evaluated is cause of anger. When an employee receives irrational
behavior or discourage from manager, he will lose hope and work carelessly. So it lead to anger.
For example, in a project if employee cannot get motivation, he will be like an angry bird.
Evaluation and priorization required in every field. Everyone like praise. Without motivation
employee can give up.

No reward/incentive: if an employee is hard worker, benefits the company he will deserve the
reward. Incentive is just like motivational reward for him. For example: in a bank if an employee
successfully manage to make customers, he will obviously deserve a reward.
7. Anger because of non-supportive culture:
In stubborn working environment, suggestions are hardly taken seriously. Workers are more
offended and not like to take an advice as they consider their self an error free which lead
towards anger. For example: teachers are often not take suggestion from students.
Things are handle with less care in an inattentive environment. People become more
irresponsible and reckless in such situation which lead to anger for someone who is careful and
responsible. For example: students are careless. They pay little attention to work and then they
blame to teachers for their failure.
No credit sharing is a culture in companies. An employee who is more efficient but cannot
receive credit from its team. He will obviously become a victim of short temper. For example:
when students make assignments in group, some clever students take whole credit.
8. Angry because of environment at work:
Unfriendly:
A hostile work environment is created by managers, subordinates or coworkers whose action and
communication make your work difficult. So a workaholic person become angry. For example,
in a university if teachers are not cooperative with each other then environment become hazard
Non conducive:
A non-conducive environment cannot give a comfortable space in o work station. Non-
conducive environment make ties weaken between managers and employees. For example: in
bank when manager have problem with workers then anger will be there.
Politics:
Politics in workplace is in between managers and employs. It is game of power and social
networking between the firm. For example, in offices workers are often work in political
environment.
9. Anger because of domestic issue:
Financial constraints:
People are suffering from financial problems when they lack the budget and money management
skills. People have low income but their needs are more. So that bring quarrel and then people
become short temper.

Not much help available:
Women are hard work and they do work in home more than their capacity. From day to night
they are on work board. If woman is on job after job they have another job to work at home. This
situation make them angry.
Long hours at work and little hours at rest:
Both men and women have different type of works. One has to work at home and another one
has to work at office. But they both have bundle of work with less break that lead to quarrel.
10. Anger of life’s trajectories:
Living with loss:
Distress is an emotion in response of death and loss of beloved one. It effect one’s mind,
emotion, health and spirit. A sorrow stay remain in background when person get care from
family or therapies. Living with loss lead to anger. For example: death of you love one can
make you angry.
Beyond pain:
When something bad happen to someone, there are some ways to cope with it; one to let it
destroy, let it face bravely so it may strengthen you. But living with pain is just like living in hell
that leads to anger.
Journey’s end:
At a moment when someone’s journey is end and he does not get any goal or a reward which he
deserve. Then he may get angry and possibilities are also for his suicide. For example: a person
who served his whole life in government sector but not rewarded gratuity then he will become
angry.
11. Remedies:
Uncontrolled anger can affect your life, health and relationships. Although anger is positive
emotion bit it became problematic when it lead to aggression. Outburst and anxiety. The positive
aspect of anger is that it fills energy in you and you are more able to communicate with other and
can solve problems. So following are some remedies:
 Take a deep breath and understand what is happening.
 Sit on a chair relax yourself
 Take a plenty of water
 Relax your muscle and mind
 Stop talking and make sure you are room alone.
 Take a break whatever you are doing
 Writing is best solution rather than to shout on people
 For some people baking is another option.

 Ignore Attitude:
The moment when you think that you are losing your patience because of someone’s
attitude then simple ignore him.
 Reason and language:
Language and a proper way of talking can help to cope with your anger.
 Dialogue Sharing:
Sharing your ideas and emotions with your families can minimize misunderstandings and
can reduce your anger.
 Spiritual and mental relaxation:
Relax your mind with exercise, hard work and yoga. Take a deep breath; inhale and then
exhale. It will make your respiratory system effective and you will overcome your anger.
 Educate yourself:
Educate yourself is extremely important. It’s not bookish knowledge but the analysis and
to understand the situation.
 Understand thinking pattern of anger:
Think about your recent time when you get angry. When you are in anger, analyze your
situation and change the thinking pattern.
 Background and past experience:
From past experience one can learn lesson. From past mistakes one can change itself and
can reduce its anger.
 Adjust-compromising attitude difference:
Compromise allow you to balance your life which leads to mutual understanding between
two as well as it has power to solve issues. So it can be a remedy to cope with anger.

12. Inner Silence:


The presence of anger makes many people uncomfortable. There are few people who admit to
being comfortable, let them to manage alone with their anger and they can with purity and
love of their family. It’s not surprise when they want to stay in a quiet box.
Meditation is another way to cope with anger. Sit comfortably on chair, relax yourself, take a
deep breath, inhale and exhale properly. Do exercise and yoga on daily basis. Sometimes with
purity of thoughts one can handle with anger.
Art of union is another way to reduce fear. Stay with your family and share your thoughts and
talk about those things which made you aggressive. So you can make yourself comfortable.
13. Letting Go:
The key to reduction of anger is knowing about yourself. Knowing yourself is more important
rather than to meddle in other’s matter. Focus on your own ideas and thoughts to make your
life easier.

When you do mistakes then learn from it rather than to anger on it. Don’t criticize and
condemn yourself because it makes you angry.
The world in which we are living is mortal. Nothing with remain forever. So a person don’t
make expectation from someone, it will hurt you and then you become angry. Don’t associate
yourself with things or wealth.
14. The sixth sense:
A gut feeling which give them information without using five senses. Sometimes sixth sense
indicates use before happening any bad event.it is also known an alarming sense which
triggered you before worse situation.
Six sense helps us in daily life and makes choices for our self. It is more effective to choose a
right way in order to reduce the level of anger.
15. Reasoning and intuition :
Reasoning is a rational thinking which is useful to direct the right way. In reasoning people
use logics, concepts, linguistics and judgment to make a decision. It is slower method rather
than intuition as it is control and rule based.
While
Intuition is a ability to understand things without any need of reasoning and logics. It is
usually a sixth sense that strikes you at a moment. It is automatic and effortless exposure. It is
fast rather than reasoning.
16. Wonders of nature’s working:
Life and death is in nature’s hand. So why become so angry on lose of loved one? Death is not
opposite of life but a part of it.
Wheel of fortune means ample stock of money. It occurs random and incidental. But one can
understand that wheel can spin at any time, it’s in God’s hand.
Nature has power to change everything either thoughts, ideas, events or circumstances.
People should carefully consider or think about own emotions and feelings. People have to
motivate themself and not to blame their own self for mistakes. And nature give reward
according to their conduct, according to their deeds.
Nature can reactive your inner sense and can enhance you energy channels within the body.
People with inner sense experience the journey of self-exploring.
17. The Visual Imagination:
Visual imagination is the ability to create representations of things, objects, people and places.
When people know and see the surface of life, they understand the importance of it. Colors of
life make them optimism.

18. The Universal Truth:
 Perception and reality:
The state of things as they appear rather than one could wish for it. Reality is fact and
truth not fictional. Reality is known and can’t change it.
While
Perception can be a reality. It is  awareness, comprehension or an understanding of
things. Perception is variable factor. 
 Self-doubt and laziness:
Self-doubts occur when we don’t have self-confidence and usually get panic that things
will be out of control or not fulfill the requirement ad needed.
While
Laziness is due to less motivations which leads towards doubt in self and distraction. The
only way to cope with it to setting a task and complete it. It will creates self-discipline
and ultimately achieve the goals.
 Emotions and feelings:
Feeling are expressed consciously
While
Emotions are expressed consciously and sub-consciously. Some people spend their whole
life but they can’t able to reveal them.

19. World, Mind and Body:


Problems are occurred when mind and body are not synchronize with each other.
Self-esteemed is a sense of person which define the confidence of a person which he have on
it. In another word how much you appreciate yourself and work.
People should give value to their own thoughts. It should be a process of self-motivation and
we have always choices but we have to pick a right one.

20. Making peace with your world:


To make peace with your world, it is important to pay attention on those things which are
under your control. Inner peace will eliminate pessimistic approach both from inside you and
outside in the world. With the help of assertiveness and meditation one can achieve his goals.
At another level it is the acceptance of others. When several people live together, it is natural
that they have different thoughts and opinions, which are often then allowed to turn into
quarrels complaints against each other.
21. The established Bond:

Someone have to pay efforts in the early stage of relationship. There is always opportunities
to make a strong bond in it. But relationships are complicated. Both partners have to
neutralize the level of anger and power to live with each other. Bonding with partner will take
some time but one has to always struggle and putting effort in it.
The process of bonding requires continual renewal of it that will grow love and affection.
Trust, respect and communication are important factors to improve relationships.
22. A Theory of Relativity:
How theory of relativity is correlate with love of family?
Relativity means no effect of time on things. So when we around our family, the ticking of
clock seems to stop as time bend for us.
Time which we spend with our family is like we are in a garden of roses.
We all are living with people who have different mind states and they know every aspect of
our life. Our feelings, emotions and thoughts about different things.
In family people are depend on each other which sometimes lead to anger.
