SELF-ASSESSMENT #4: How was my performance last week?

How would you assess yourself with the following items below. Your answers are only
limited to CONFIDENT, DOUBTFUL, SAD. UPLOAD your answer in the same manner
as presented below. (Note: No wrong or right answer).

FREESTYLE. I can …
1. swim in a horizontal position with the body facing down. Confident
2. do body roll from one side to the other, always turning to the side Confident
of the arm that is currently pulling in the water.
3. make sure that my head remains in a neutral position, face Doubtful
down, except when breathing.
4. perform body rolls a little further to the side during the arm Doubtful
recovery, and the head also turns to the side until the mouth is
above the water surface to enable breathing,

FEEDBACK: In freestyle, through assessing myself by means of this


assessment, I have few cases about my body rolls and my positioning on the
pool when I do the body roll. I am still also not an effective swimmer on
freestyle since I can still manage to maintain my position yet I can encounter
breathing problems. To conclude, after this assessment I can manage to
make freestyle swimming a better technique to practice in order to do it
properly.
