What I Have Learned
1. What are you going to do to maintain healthy lifestyle?
I will diet and follow my exercise plan with rest.
2. Do you consider yourself physically fit? Explain.
No, because according to my present BMI I am overweight.
3. Are you satisfied with your current body composition (including body weight) and
quality of life? If not, are you willing to do something about it to properly resolve your
problem?
As of now, I am not satisfied but doesn’t mean I love myself less and yes I am willing to
do something to obtain the healthy lifestyle that most people have.
4. Do you weigh yourself regularly and make adjustments in energy intake and physical
activity habits if your weight starts to slip upward?
No, I don’t weigh myself regularly.
What I Can Do
1. Taking a bath everyday can lessen gems and promote hygiene
2. 8-10 hours of sleep can make the body active every day.
3. Diet with proper meal, including Go, Grow, and Glow foods can give the body the
energy it needs for every day.
4. Smoking can kill the lungs and can develop into a lung cancer therefore smoking is
not right.
5. Exercising regularly can develop all kinds of benefits, physically and emotionally.
