1. As a teenager, how would you protect yourself against diseases and how would
you maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Ans: This time of pandemic we faced a lot of circumstances and As a youth I must
protect myself against diseases by Washing your hands often, stay away to crowded
places and the most safety is to stay at home. And to maintain my lifestyle I should eat
vegetables , Be active, do physical activities and avoid bad habits.

2. Among the various adaptations to aerobic capacity exercise, muscular strength


exercise, muscular endurance exercise, flexibility exercise, which one is the most
important adaptation for you? Why?

Ans:For me, the most important adaptation and needed for myself is the muscular
endurance exercise because it helps my body alot to keep more active and can do
activities in a long period of time. It helps me to do things more and not easily get
exhausted so my body get used to it.

3. How do smoking, poor dietary habits, and sedentary lifestyle cause lifestyle
diseases?

Ans: It cause lifestyle diseases because of thier bad habits and addicted to a things
or a lifestyles that an unhealthy, that leads to have a bad results to their body and
the effects are very danger when they keep on doing their unhealthy lifestyle

4. Your friend, Mark, believes that exercising takes much energy, causes pain, and
will take most of your time. How would you encourage Mark that his ideas about
physical activities are not true?

Ans:As a friend of Mark, I will advise and encourage him that the way of he believe
about the physical activities are not true and Ill tell him that exercising keeps you more
active,and to live more longer.Futhermore, physical activities strengthen his bones &
muscles , improve your mental health and avoid any diseases

5. Smoking is dangerous to our health, but why do people continue to use it? Explain
comprehensively.

Ans: Base on my uncle’s experience they cant easily avoid their bad habits or their
addiction to smoke. They keep continue to use it because they used and addicted on
it,They cant live a single day to do not smoke or to touch it.The possibilities reasons are
that smoking is already part of thier lifestyle.

-The factors should be considered is the FITT (Frequency,Intensity, Time,Type) because to keep your
lifestyles in a healthy ways and to avoid diseases
