REFLECTION:

1. Which among the three (walking around, brisk walking, 3 minute jump jacks) is considered:
A.) Lightly activity: Walking for 5 minutes
Justification: Because walking is part of our daily routine. Walking is simpler for us because
we are very used to it.

B.) Moderate activity: Brisk walking for 4 minutes

Justification: We only use brisk walking when we jog or are running late, which is why our
bodies aren`t used to it.

C.) Vigorous activity: Walking around

Justification: because it not only exercises our feet but also improves cardiovascular fitness,
bone strength, reduces excess body fat, and increases muscle power and endurance.
