Reflection:

1. a. Walking around
-It takes a least amount of work compared to the other activities.
b. Brisk walking
-It take average amount of effort and accurates our heart rate.
c. 3 – minute jump jacks
-It takes a huge amount of effort and caused of increasing heart rate and breath rapidly.
