Procedure of PLC Transmission

I. Change the I/O channel to 4 under the MDI mode.

II. Press the “Emergency Stop” button and turn off the machine.
III. Store the PLC in the CF card and insert in the slot.
IV. Press and hold the two buttons as below picture showed.
V. Turn on the machine and release the fingers from the two buttons until the screen
appears.

VI. Press Up/Down button to “SYSTEM DATA LOADING” and choose it.

VII. Press the button “SELECT” and it will show the content of the CF card.
VIII. Press Up/Down button to the place of PLC data and press “SELECT”
IX. Press “YES” button and the PLC be transferred to the NC/
X. When the screen show “LOADING COMPLETE” at the bottom left means
finish.
XI. Turn off the machine and turn it on as usual.
