0 INTRO

1. COVID-19 seriously impacted Malaysia’s economy which can be seen via continuous
increase in the unemployment rate thus give pressure to low-income families.
2. Malaysia has to put on hold all sectors include small business in order to control the
spread of Covid-19 which somehow burdened the citizen.
3. Poorer communities affected by disruptions to work and job loss led to greatest loss of
income. Food poverty increased, this will be involved extra costs in having children at
home spending on food and children indoors environment.
4. The following proposal outlines will concentrate among underprivileged and children
from disadvantaged backgrounds to overcome this situation by providing facilities
and class to encourage them without any assistance.

2.0 STATEMENT OF NEED

1. In May 2020, 826,000 individuals unemployed and loss their jobs due to some sectors
were forced to shut down their operation in order to control the outbreak

4. Everyone in Malaysia has been affected, particularly the B40 and those who were

them on skills that beneficial for their side income and knowledge of Covid-19 to
sustain a better future in this new norm.
