ABSTRACT

The aim of this study is to see about optimalization role of BPD (Badan Permusyawaratan Desa). This
is descriptive qualitative study by using observation, interview and documentation then analyzed in
the stage of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. Based on the result, the
optimalization role of BPD in the sector of planning organization and implementation has not been
optimal because the supervision toward them about jobdesk and administration are not optimal.
