In the first picture we can see a LED lightbulb. It has several environmental and financial advantages
compared to traditional lighting. It’s more energy efficient as it emmits much less heat and more
light. It also has a longer lifespan and costs less.

In picture B, there is a reusable coffe mug. It reduses waste by replacing disposable ones. Nowadays
in many coffe shops you can give them your own coffe mug and they will prepare your order in it. For
a frequent coffee-drinker I would reccommend getting one, because although, they will have to wash
it after every use, they won’t feel guilty for throwing the cup out.

In the third picture an electric car is depicted. I think that electric cars have a great potential in
combating the climate crisis, even thoughright now they have a few flaws. With one „tank” you can
travell way less compared to a traditional car and the recharging takes hours. Also, the way they are
produced at the moment almost equalizes it’s environmental benefits and buying it costs more than
a regular car. However, times are changing, and the cars are being improved. In the close future I
believe that these problems are going to be fixed.

In the last photo we can see rechargeable batteries which reduces toxic waste coming from
disposable batteries.

In my opinion switching to these gadgets, except from the electric car, is a small step for man but can
be giant leap for mankind. If every person would do these little changes in there lives, which aren’t
even uncomfortable, the planet could recover.
