Business Unit Leader


Role

The business unit Director role is mainly to plan and drive a whole part of the administrative
services and tasks of a business line. You need to equipped with a set of different types of
capabilities from finance to SCM, people management, and even sales and marketing.

Authority

• Set and oversee business-standard


• Manage P&L, RoI and Marketing budget
• Manage business operation from SCM to people and sales and marketing
• Recruit, train and promote talents
• Initiate campaigns, programs, and promotions
• Oversee QC and QA measures

Responsibility

• Integrate policies and procedures of the company in business unit operations.


• Intiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and review businesss project activities and ensure their
completion within a scheduled period and budget.
• Oversee new marketing strategies for marketing and monitoring QC and QA
measures.
• Build effective relationship with the clients to sustain revenue.
• Manage business line P&L and COI
• Responsible for training and mentoring staff; creating a harmonious environment for
working and motivation for all as the mean of general growth of the company.
• Analyze and explore market trends, identifying fresh opportunities and Set the
business unit’s strategies for promotional activities.
Product Manager
Role

The role is to define the "Why" and the "What" in product. You will work on the problems
worths to solve and what features should be built to solve the problems.

Authority

• Leading and Supervising Product Team


• Day-to-day decision making upon strategies
• Hire, training and team performance management
• Developing PRM strategies
• Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.

Responsibility

• Define PRM and feature lists


• Define the problem that need to be solved in the market,
• Make deliverable ready to ship to market,
• Make a good connection and feedback loop with customer,
• Building great products that fulfill customers' needs,
• Have communication and make connection between different stakeholders and teams.

Technical Product Manager


Role

The role is mainly to fulfill technical part of products in relation with engineering/tech
department. You need to provide proper answer to the "How", inside the product.

Authority

• Leading and Supervising TPM Team,


• Day-to-day decision making upon strategies,
• Hire, training and team performance management,
• Developing PRM strategies,
• Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.

Responsibility

• Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders,


• Preparing technical documentation for development,
• Liaise between business and technical teams,
• The study, analyze and document competition,
• Manage technical product backlog.x
Chief Technical Officer
Role

The role is tasked to set up, develop and maintain scalable technology decisions, including
hiring, mentoring and coaching the team, provide solutions, and manage department
budget. The role requires a seasoned technical lead, a perfect communicator and a
strategic thinker.

• Setting process and procedures
• Interview, hire, and train staff members
• Monitoring and Oversee company's data

Responsibility

• Visioning future technological requirements (Why and What)


• Planning technological transitions and migrations (How)
• Promoting and driving Agile method
• Maintain "Extreme Programming" (Paired programming, Test Driven Development,
refactoring, etc.)
• Define research and development goals
• Promoting a collaborative and supportive culture of empowerment across the
department

• Assisting CEO and People Operations team to develop a unified and consistent

DevOps Engineer
Role

Development Operation Engineer role is to be responsible for ensuring the readiness and
stability of our systems.

Authority

• Research and test new technologies


• Collaborating with other stakeholders
• Monitoring and Oversee system stability and run time
• Optimizing and maintaining systems

Responsibility

• Create and maintain cloud-based solutions.


• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data
from a wide variety of data sources.
• Work with stakeholders, including Product, Data and Design teams to assist with technical
issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Building and supporting large-scale clusters in a production environment and achieving
fault tolerance among them.

Research Specialist
Role

A Research Specialist assists in research projects by gathering scientific resources, analyzing


factors and measure impacts.

Authority

• Holding project meetings


• Direct Contact with exhibitors, and stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress
• Oversee work plan that satisfies requirements
• Using external resources
• Budget Management

Responsibility

• Gather scientific resources


• Conduct interview topics and summarize results.
• Perform literature reviews.
• Direct investigation and summarize conclusions.
• Answer emails relating to research.
• Attending relevant conferences.
