DESIGN EFFECTION OF TWO EXTRAVAGANT CONDOIMINIUM IN KUALA LUMPUR

Chymes @ Gurney Condominium LOT 1508, Jalan Persiaran Gurney, Kuala Lumpur 50400

This building is called Chymes@Gurney Condominium. The developer of this project is Faber Group
and the price per sqft starting from RM 576 to RM 703. The project has been completed in the year
of 2017. It has 15 floors in total with 255 units
 The condominium located at a very strategic place where it nearby AKLEH, DUKE, Jalan Tun
Razak, Jalan Ampang and Jalan Jelatek. Those significant shopping complexes similar as Suria
KLCC, Avenue K, Pavillion and Bukit Bintang are simply ten twinkles down via driving through
these boulevards.
 Despite the location of the condominium that makes the price a bit higher starting from RM
740,000.00 to RM 1.8M
 It has 10 difference types in total which consists of:
 type A with 943 sq.ft
 type A1 with 995 sq.ft
 type A2 with 123 sq.ft
 type A3 with 995 sq.ft
 type B with 1,291 sq.ft
 type B1 with 1,372 sq.ft
 type B2 with 1,572 sq.ft
 type C with 1,936 sq.ft
 type C1 with 1,986 sq.ft
 type C1a with 1,986 sq.ft

 Design of each type of the condominium are varies from each other as shown in the floor
plan below.
 The design has different square feet based on each types thus makes the price varies
 Although the spaces in the unit between those type are different. For example, there are
some types that has a larger space for living room, there are some types that has a bigger
space for the bedroom
 This building has more curvy design compare to the Arte Mont Kiara building, thus it makes
some spaces looks higher and getting more natural lighting.
 On the other sides, the interior of the Arte Mont Kiara has more spacious design than
Gurney Condominium, this makes the Arte Mont Kiara building more expensive
 The cost of Gurney Condominium is affordable than the Arte Mont Kiara because of the
simpler interior and smaller size of the unit, meanwhile the cost of Arte Mont Kiara
Condominium is a bit higher because of the aesthetic looks design
 The cost of these two building also affects with the strategic location despite the design. For
example, the Gurney Condominium is nearby the Golden Triangle Kuala Lumpur meanwhile
the Arte Mont Kiara is nearby the corporate offices and other older condominium
