Organizational Constraints to implementing the training plan

The training plan is subject to various structural, infrastructural ad social organizational

constraints. Socially the plan can be derailed if there are interruptions by other employees during
implementation of the plan. The training plan is intensive and requires utmost concentration and
uninterrupted sessions. It also requires teamwork and therefore tense relationships with the
employees may pose a threat to implementation of the plan. Structurally, the training plan may
be constrained by conflicting demands. Most companies are less willing to have their employees
away from their jobs for too long when there are conflicting demands between the training team
and the top management, the time schedules can be interrupted and further constrain the entire
plan. Finally, the most important organizational constraint would be the infrastructural
constraint. When the materials necessary for training are inadequate the training may be effective
or the plan may be thwarted.
