    SUBJECT : LEARNING NEEDS ASSESSMENT (LNA) REPORT

    The Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) 2022-2023 was conducted by the Office of
    Industry Manpower Development (OIMD) last November 2021 to January 2022 to
    identify and analyze the training needs and gaps of each region to fulfill its mandate
    of capacity building and development program, as well as to establish competency
    areas where the tourism workforce should be retooled, reskilled and upskilled.

    In this regard, we are pleased to furnish you a copy of the final LNA Report for
    reference. The Regional LNA reports were also uploaded to your respective region’s
    assigned LNA drive last May 19. 2022.
