7 October 2022 MEMORANDUM FOR ‘ ALL REGIONAL DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS-IN-CHARGE DOT Regional Offices FROM: THE OIC DIRECTOR Office of Industry Manpower Development SUBJECT : TISP YEAR-END RE-TOOLING AND ASSESSMENT WORKSHOP / GAWAD TAGAPAGSANAY The Office of Industry Manpower Development shall conduct the annual Tourism Industry Skills Program (TISP) Year-End Re-Tooling and Assessment Workshop / Gawad ‘Tagapagsanay on November 28 - December 2, 2022, in Rizal Province. This event shall re-tool the training champions and synopsize the previous calendar year, which will also serve as a recognition ceremony for all our Regional Training Champions’ hard work and efforts, In line with this, we would like to invite two (2) training champions from your region to join us during the conduct of the said event. OIMD shall shoulder the airfare, room accommodation for four (4) nights, meals, and ground transportation in the province of Rizal. Kindly provide the full name, shirt size, and attach a valid ID of your representatives and send it to slomanalo@tourism.qov.ph. In addition, the re-tooling and assessment workshop and the Gawad Tagapagsanay will be a hybrid event. Please also find the attached tentative program flow of the said event.
