Course Objectives

 Primary objective is to create a minimum baseline of knowledge in Agile to function as an

effective Agile Practitioner. It should serve following purposes:
o Understand Agile and SAFe in detail enough to successfully guide teams as a RTE, PO
or SM
o Develop into future Agile SMEs and evangelists

Cursory overview of XP

Special Focus on Role of Scrum Master & Scrum Ceremonies

Do's and Don't's of JIRA

Module 2 Requirements in Agile 2 Hours (Day 1)

Requirements & change management in Agile

Special Focus on PO Role

User story writing and slicing

User story prioritization, MVP & lean product development

Module 3 Establishing an Agile Release Train (ART) 1 Hour (Day 1)

What is ART & how to organize teams in it

Special focus on the role of RTE, PM & PO in ART

Understanding System Team and Shared Service mode of work

Module 4 Release/ PI Planning & Execution 2 Hours (Day 2)

ART- PI Planning & Execution

 Planning & Execution ceremonies

Special focus on IP sprints

Tracking Pre & Post game in non-PI mode of execution

Module 5 Architecture/ Design & Documentation in Agile 1.5 Hours (Day 2)

Simple & Evolving Design

Design approaches and architectural runway

Assessment
An assessment is conducted to ensure that the concepts are understood and the objectives are met.
Assessment will involve total of 200 multi-choice questions, 20-30 questions to be done after each
session and the candidates having correct score more than 70% will qualify for Agile Practitioner
Certification.
