JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, JESILIN A. DURIAN, Filipino, single, of legal age, and a resident of Prk. 2, Apokon,
Tagum City, and JESIELL B. WAKWAK, Filipino, married, of legal age, and a resident of Prk.
Makopa, Mankilam, Tagum City, both being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
say that:

1. We personally know TEOFANES M. BATOBATO who was born on 26 December 1989

in Maasin, Leyte and whose parents are Joel E. Batobato and Inday S. Magmahay, both
Filipino citizens;

2. We know the aforementioned facts because long before TEOFANES M. BATOBATO was
born, we were her parent’s neighbors in Leyte and a close family friend up to this day;

3. That TEOFANES M. BATOBATO has been using the said birth name and birth name in
all her documents and transactions;

4. We are not related to TEOFANES M. BATOBATO either by affinity or consanguinity;

5. We are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the aforementioned facts.
