1. Customers vary according to their needs.

The potential customers would be the parents of their


children who are doing online class in computer hardware servicing. Computers would be used
by the children since it is online and the ones that will pay for the service/product would be the
parents that is why they serve as a potential customer.

2. In Business the ones that will buy the products is the customer. If we treat our customers in an
unpleasant behaviour then we would lose customers. Customers are the lifeblood of every
business because they are the ones that will buy the products/service.

3. There are times wherein there is a customer that has an unpleasant behaviour. This doesn’t
mean that we should treat them how they treat us. We should always be understanding and
help with their concerns since they are the lifeblood of every business.
