Although we had been granted 84days under first approved EOT No. 1 but the said EOT No. 1, it doesn't include the impacts and effects after the 1" MCO to the construction industry inclusive our work package which required us to comply strictly with the Standard Operating Procedure set by respective local authorities as well as time lost due to limited working time and resources, covid test, quarantine, reorganising to mobilize etc. ‘On 9" October 2020, PKPB at Papar has been enforced by Government until 12" January 2021 prior issuance of MCO 2.0. Although the construction industry can continue to proceed during MCO 2.0, but the production and achievements have been gradually reduced due to limited working time and resources with 50% beside the raining season. For record, the MCO 2.0 is ending on 18" February 2021 With the recent meeting with Tuan KPP, the assessment of number of days delay due to MCO J CMCO, we should continue to discuss with consultant CQS, SOP and JKR HQ QS Department. . Without taking consideration on the additional SESB cable material as per recent approval to proceed and other outstanding matters related to new land acquisitions, demolition of existing structures, surcharge requirement on existing highway and additional works, we are anticipating the project now to be delay in completion until 27% May 2023 based on earlier approved Work Program Rev.1 with critical path activities and current delay issues.
