6 Case Study : 16
Unique Health care Pharma Co. manufactures medicines
and chemicals. Since last 60 years, the industry is working
at present location. At the time of establishment of this
industry, there was no human habitation and farming land
in this location. So the government has given permission to
this industry.
From the last five years, in this area human habitation
and farming activities have started. From many years, the
vcompany has been disposing chemical and polluted water
in surouding areas of this place. Farmers and the people
of surronding have presented the company to make proper
arrangement for the disposal of chemically polluted water,
because it affects the agriculture and life of the human
population and animals.
Company has not taken any steps against the matter.
In regard to frequent complaint company has informed that
their company is working here from many years. If they have
any inconvenience, they can move far away from this place.
So the farmers and people have presented the matter to the
government and asked to take resonable steps.
Questions :
