Election Key Dates

unit owners

● 10/17/2022: Deadline for unit owners to submit questions for


election night

What to Expect Code of Conduct


on Election Night ● Questions from the audience should be held until the end of
each agenda segment
● Questions are initiated by forming a line at the podium
● Meeting called to order by Board of Managers ● Acknowledged unit owners are fielded on a first come first
● Introductions by all board members and others serve basis from the podium

Other Important Info


● There are three openings up for election on our Board of Managers
● A quorum, or minimum percentage of unit owners voting, is determined as part of the election validation process
● All ballots submitted on election night must be original, reflecting the raised seal and code on the reverse
● There are four ways to submit your ballot:
○ You may mail your ballot, following the instructions in your voting packet, which must be received by 10/18/2022
○ You may vote by proxy if you are unable to attend the meeting to vote. Your original ballot must be completed and sealed, as
instructed, and given to another building homeowner you have designated as proxy
○ If you do not wish to vote, it is important that you return your ballot either uncompleted and/or noted as “no vote”. This”no
vote” will further enable us to establish a quorum
○ You may “early vote” any time after ballots are received and before the election meeting, by sealing your completed original
ballot, as instructed, and dropping it in the locked ballot box at the front desk
