No longer do you have to change out your existing grease reservoir to install a
grease fill Shut Off system. Simply retrofit your existing Lincoln or JSG grease res-
ervoir with the Lincoln mechanical Shut Off system.

The advantages of a mechanical grease fill Shut Off system

1. The mechanical shut off system utilises existing non pressurised standard grease reservoirs therefore there is no requirement for new
grease pressure reservoirs & no requirement to lift or move the grease reservoir when converting to shut off system.

2. The mechanical shut off system utilises existing non pressurised standard grease reservoirs which have a large vent to atmosphere
that has a greater flow capacity than the inlet flow thereby no requirement for pressure relief valves. This removes the potential for
internal pressure build up due to clogged breathers or operator adjustments
 
3. The mechanical shut off, by the direct action of the follower plate against the shut off valve, provides reliable and consistent fill
volume. Additionally, there is an option to fit a level sensor that provides input to a grease level gauge (similar to a fuel gauge in a
vehicle).
 
4. The mechanical system has a follower plate thereby ensuring the grease is level & prevents any channelling during the lubrication
cycle that maybe experienced without a follower plate. The inclusion of the follower plate ensures that the full volume of grease can
be used.
 
5. As the mechanical shut off is filled from beneath the follower, it prevents the trapping of air & the coning of grease as seen when
filling from the top and thus ensuring the grease remains flat allowing maximum fill every time.
  
6. The mechanical shut off has reliable & consistent maximum fill level & maximum use of grease, providing predictable refills. This can
be fully supported by the use of the option level sensor & gauge level gauge. There are no unplanned call backs due to incomplete fill.
 
7. On receipt of any mobile equipment which has a standard Lincoln grease reservoir (with no shut off system), by slight modification
of the lid on the reservoir, this mechanical shut off system can be retrofitted to the reservoir at a very low cost with & without grease
monitoring components. No need to change out your existing Lincoln grease reservoir.

the appropriate electric & hydraulic Flowmaster pumps. JSG can also provide this service if required.
