Millennials, those who were born between 1979 and 1994, are the subject of stereotypes that

paint them as selfish, unmotivated, disrespectful, and disloyal. This has led to widespread worry
about how Millennial communication will affect organizations and how they will forge
relationships with other organizational members. We go over these alleged traits as well as
Millennials' more admirable traits, such as their aptitude for working in teams, desire to make a
difference inside their organizations, preference for regular and open communication with their
managers, and comfort with communication technology. We talk about how Millennials convey
their ideals and expectations at work and how that could affect how they interact with others.
