(4 marks) ii) If Annual Sinking Fund for 15 years @ 7% is 0.0398, calculate the Present Value of RM1 per annum for 15 years @ 7%. (3 marks) ii) If the Years Purchase for 20 years @ 9% is 9.1285, calculate the Amount of RM1 per annum for 20 years @ 9%. (3 marks) b) The owner of a leasehold property will receive net income of RM18,500 per annum for 25 years.
