(4 marks) ii) If Annual Sinking Fund for 15 years @ 7% is 0.0398, calculate the Amount of RM1 per annum for 15 years @ 7%. (3 marks) ill) If the Amount of RM1 for 20 years @ 9% is 5.6044, calculate the Years Purchase for 20 years @ 9%. (3 marks) b) Acar was recently bought at a price of RM180,000. The depreciation rate is estimated at 9% per annum. Calculate the value of the car after 5 years. At what year the car be worth a value of RM10,000? (5 marks) ©) The owner of a freehold property will receive net income of RM15,000 per annum commencing in 3 years’ time. Assuming a return of 8%, calculate the value of his interest on the property. Calculate the installment payable per month if he obtained 90% loan from RHB Bank Bhd for 25 years with a fixed interest rate of 8% per annum.
