(10 marks) b) A bus was recently purchased at a price of RM350,000. The depreciation rate is estimated at 10% per annum. Calculate the value of the bus after 9 years and at what year will the bus be worth a value of RM200,000? (5 marks) c) Pn. Sufiah saved RM20,000 annually in 2015 with annual interest of 5%. What is the amount accumulated in the year 2030? In the year 2020, she withdraws RMS50,000 to make a renovation for her house located in Shah Alam, Selangor. Calculate the total amount accumulated in the year 2030. (5 marks) d) En. Ahmad Zakuan bought a sub-sales bungalow house in Seksyen 4, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor for RM2,500,000. The total of land area is about 12,500 square feet and the built-up area approximately 3,500 square feet. En. Ahmad Zakuan intends to apply loan from Ambank Islamic Sdn Bhd. You must want to get it right. When you think you have found the ideal property, valuations can provide you an ideal of market value of the property. This will provide assurance for you, and your lending institution, that you are making the right decision. Determine three (3) other situation that you may require property valuation services besides buying a property.
