Formula:

Affirmative: Subject + Verb (1st, 2nd sg., 1st, 2nd, 3rd pl.)
Subject + Verb + ending s / es (3rd sg.)

Examples:
I read a book.
He reads a book.

Interrogative: Do + Subject + Verb (1st, 2nd sg., 1st, 2nd, 3rd pl.)
Does + Subiect + Verb (3rd sg.)

Examples:
Do you read a book?
Does she read a book?

Negative: Subject + do + not + Verb (1st, 2nd sg., 1st, 2nd, 3rd pl.)
Subject + does + not + Verb (3rd sg.)

Examples:
We do not read a book.
The dog does not read a book.
