The author has added their prospective role to their headline (Administrative Assistant, Software Engineer, Product Manager). The Intro block contains their education The default LinkedIn cover image has been replaced with an attractive, high-quality, professional cover image. The author’s profile is marked as ‘looking for job opportunities (assuming they are) The About section contains at least 1-2 paragraphs detailing the author’s biographical information, such as their background, education, and goals. The About section includes at least one accomplishment or “hook” that could encourage someone to keep reading. The About section contains a call to action (an invitation to connect, your email address, a request to contact you if you seem like a match for an opportunity, etc.). Featured The Featured section includes at least 3 pieces of relevant [Optional] “media” (documents, projects, videos, presentations, etc.), at least 2 of which are projects. All Featured items contain a brief summary. All Featured items contain link previews. Work & The author has listed their work experience in the Experience Volunteer section. Experience Each experience highlights the author’s accomplishments, especially what differentiates them from other candidates. These may be copy/pasted from their resume. All dates and locations have been accurately filled out. (Reviewer should look for inconsistencies, gaps, or obvious errors). The author has listed out Volunteer Experience, if any. Education The Education section lists all major degrees or certificate programs. The Education section contains dates of attendance/graduation. The Education section contains a description for every college/program attended, mentorship experience or advanced coursework, etc. Individual certificates are not listed in the Education section; they are instead in the Licenses and Certifications section. Skills Skills include soft skills as well (presenting, communication, mentoring, etc.) Endorsement The author has received endorsement(s) for at least 3 skills. Recommendat The author has received at least one recommendation from ion peers they work with or worked with in the past. (It could even be someone they went to school with.)
